Bridge representing transition off GLP-1 medication

The Method

GLP-1 medications are powerful—for many, life-changing.

But when it comes to maintenance, most people are left figuring it out on their own.

Phase 1: Foundation

(While on Full Dose)

Before anything changes with your medication, we focus on creating a plan to support maintenance - one built on structure and strategy, not willpower.

What we focus on:

  • Establish strong metabolic foundation

  • Creating structure and consistency around eating

  • Supporting your body through movement, especially resistance training

  • Building awareness of hunger, habits, and patterns

Phase 2: Transition

(During Dose Reduction, if appropriate or desired)

As medication support decreases, your systems step up.

This phase is about preparing for - and managing - the return of appetite and food noise.

What we focus on:

  • Strengthening behavioral and nutritional tools

  • Leaning on your plan as appetite increases

Phase 3: Maintenance

(Your “Happy Dose”, or Off Medication)

Whether you remain on a lower dose or decide to come off completely, the goal is the same: maintaining your progress with a system that works in real life.

What we focus on:

  • Sustaining a realistic, flexible way of eating

  • Maintaining weight stability without constant restriction

  • Ongoing support to help you stay on track long-term
